Mountains to Beach - Day 1
The Mountains to Beach mountain bike race proudly sponsored by Osprey Hydraulics and Outdoor Agencies has kicked off today from Thredbo.
What a wonderful site it is to see two thirds of the field choosing to wear their Osprey Hydraulics Viper and Verve 10.
Entrants have marvelled at the comfort of the packs and have commented on the ease of refilling the bladder, and the ever popular magnetic bite valve clip.
Andy Fellows, friend of Osprey, has already established a commanding lead in the race by winning the first two stages.
After breaking a pedal in the first stage, Osprey Hydraulics rider Sean has put in a massive effort this afternoon and is now in 14th place overall.
Tomorrow sees the massive 80km Osprey Hydraulics Mountain Traverse from Perisher Valley to Buckenderra on lake Eucumbene.
